Molasky Athletics
Students must submit the following information to participate in tryouts.
1. Complete registration at https://www.registermyathlete.com/login/
2. Proof of Medical Insurance
a. Voluntary Student Medical Insurance information is provided at this link.
3. Athletic Physical
a. Students must pass a physical examination and be cleared by a physician yearly.
b. Students must upload the Medical Eligibility Form signed by the physician.
4. GPA of 2.0 and 2 credits
a. Received a 2.0 unweighted GPA from the immediately previous semester
b. Earned two units of credit (four-semester courses passed)
c. 6th grade students are exempt until current Semester 1 grades are posted
Parents/guardians and students must ensure all the information and documentation is submitted by the deadline. They must check with the Athletic Administrator, Mrs. Lara, to ensure they meet all the requirements.
Parents/Guardians have to upload all required documentation to Aktivate (formerly known as Register My Athlete)
